中文摘要：茶业是我国的传统产业，从14世纪到19世纪，我国的茶叶销量曾经占领了80%的世界茶叶市场，谱写了辉煌的篇章。近年来，由于国际市场的绿色技术壁垒和国内茶业本身存在的问题，出现茶叶出口量连续下降的情况。作为我国传统产业的茶叶产业面临着国内、国际两个市场的竞争。茶叶产业化是近年来在我国茶区出现的一种茶叶生产经营组织形式，是茶业经营制度的又一次创新。安溪县具有悠久的茶历史，茶业也是当地的支柱产业。因而，茶产业的发展对当地经济的影响很大，安溪县也提出了走茶业产业化发展道路。

茶叶产业化经营，是以市场为导向，以龙头企业为依托，与千家万户小规模、大群体式的茶叶生产基地相结合，形成茶工商有机结合的产业链和利益共同体，以缓解小生产与大市场相衔接的矛盾，实现增产、增效的创新型经营组织。

本文主要运用农业产业化理论，分析茶叶产业化的内涵和特征。在剖析我国茶叶产业化发展的背景，在对我国以及安溪县茶叶产业化现状分析的前提下，剖析了我国以及安溪县茶叶产业化存在的问题。在以上研究基础上，笔者进一步研究探讨茶业产业化经营的发展条件、组织竞争策略及其龙头企业的营销对策等。

Abstract

The tea industry is our country traditional industry, In 14 centuries

to 19th century, Our country tea sales volume ever seized 80% world tea market, Composed the magnificent chapter. In recent years, because the international market green technology barrier and domestic tea industry itself exists question, continuously has the situation, which the tea exportation quantity drops. Tea industry, as one of the traditional industries in China, is confronting challenges both from home and abroad. Industrialized tea commerce-a commercial management pattern emerged recently in Chinese tea area as a creation for tea business system.

Industrialized tea commerce, steered by markets, supported by the leading enterprises, based on the connections of thousands of mini-scale and massive tea manufactures, was born an organic synthesis chain for industry and commerce, and benefit community, alleviating contradiction of the connection of mini-scale production and giant market, and contributing to the increase of output and efficiency.     

This abstract applies industrialized agriculture theory for the purpose of analyzing features and connotations of industrialized tea enterprise and clarifying the background of development of industrialized agriculture in Anxi that enjoys an advantageous foundation in aspect of development of industrialized tea entries. In above research foundation, author further studies the discussion tea industry industrial production management the development condition, the organization competition strategy and the main item enterprise's marketing countermeasure and so on.
