随着社会经济文化的进步，人群的疾病谱、人口结构、心理状况、健康概念以及人类所处的自然环境、社会环境同时发生巨大变化，使传统的生物—医学模式向生物—心理—社会模式转变，这对医学教育的培养目标提出了更高更新的要求。同时，随着我国市场经济体制的确立，医疗行业也步入了市场化的轨道。然而受市场经济的负面影响，我国医德仍存在大量失范行为，而这些医德失范行为，导致整个社会医疗成本大幅提高，危害着人的身体健康，危害着社会机体的健康，因而成为当今社会特别关注的焦点问题。所以，在我国医疗卫生体制改革不断深入,医疗市场逐步对外开放，竞争日益加剧的同时，如何强化医德建设已成为一个迫切需要解决的、关系国计民生的重大问题。

反观当前我国医德失范的原因，除了医疗体制缺陷原因之外，医德教育的缺失不能不说是重要原因之一。医学生作为医德教育的承载体，不仅应该具备医学科学、人文科学、社会科学的完整知识结构与专业技能，更要具备良好的思想道德素质。在对医学生进行的素质教育不断深化的基础上，是否能树立思想道德素质教育是素质教育的灵魂的教育理念，直接关系到医学教育改革的方向和成败。

本课题拟以当前我国医学生的医德教育为研究对象，旨在对医患关系进行伦理分析的基础上，探讨适合中国国情的医德教育内容及其途径、方法，以期能够对我国的医德教育的理论研究有所贡献。

Abstract

Along with the progress of the social economy and culture, the crowd's disease spectrum, the population structure, the psychological condition, the healthy concept as well as the natural and social environment which the humanity locates synchronize huge change, causing the traditional biological-medicine pattern transform to the biological-psychology-society pattern, which sets higher and renewal request to the goal of medical education. At the same time, with the establishment of the market economy system in our country, the medical profession has also marched into the market track. However, influenced by the negative aspects of the market economy, there still exists massive behavior without ethics in our country’s medical system, and this kind of behavior causes the cost of the entire social medical service enhance largely, being harm to people's health and to the health of the social organism, thus it has become the focal point to which the society specially pays attention now. Therefore, with the reformation of the medical service system in our country gradually developing, with the medical service market opening to the world day by day and its competition deepening unceasingly in our country, it has become a major issue that how to strengthen the construction of the medical ethics, which needs urgent resolution and closely relates to the national economy and the people's livelihood.

Analyzing the reason for the loss of the medical ethics in our country currently, it can be concluded that besides the flaw of the medical system, the flaw of the medical ethics education must be one of the important reasons. The medical students, as the carrier of the medical ethics education, should have the complete knowledge structure and the specialized skill of the medicine science, the humanities and the social science, furthermore, they must have good moral qualities. On the basis of deepening the quality education to the medical students, that whether they can set up the educational idea that moral education is the soul of the quality education directly relates with the direction and the success or failure of the medical education reformation.

This topic tries to take the current medical ethics education of the medical students in our country as the researching object, on the basis of carrying on analysis to the relationship between doctors and patients, probes into the content, method and way of the medical ethics education which suits the Chinese national condition, wishing to have any good to the theoretical research of the medical ethics education in our country.
